Frequently asked questions

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, parent academic support is one chat away once you're inside.

The product

What ages and grades is COPRIMES for?

Kindergarten through Grade 10 — roughly ages 5 to 16. Each subject has its own adaptive path, so a child can be Grade 6 in Math and Grade 5 in English without being labelled.

How much screen time does it need?

About 20 focused minutes a day moves the consistency map and the matrix steadily. The platform rewards accuracy and habit, never raw hours.

Is the AI tutor safe? Will it just give answers?

The tutor is Socratic — it responds with guiding questions, never final answers — and it's disabled during concept checks and review tests. It only discusses the lesson at hand.

What devices do we need?

Both apps run in a web browser on any laptop, desktop or tablet. The scribble layer works beautifully with a stylus but needs nothing more than a mouse or finger.

Can my child use it without me sitting alongside?

That's the whole design. The Learn track teaches actively, the AI tutor handles "I'm stuck," and your dashboard keeps you informed without supervising.

Curriculum & learning

Is Math really aligned to my child's school?

Yes — you choose your country, curriculum and grade at onboarding. We cover US state standards plus Common Core, UK, Australian, CBSE, ICSE and Singapore MOE. See full coverage.

What are Logic and English based on?

Both are proprietary COPRIMES curricula, built K–10. Logic teaches reasoning, deduction and problem-solving strategy. English focuses deliberately on Reading, Vocabulary and Grammar.

What if my child is behind grade level?

The ABT finds the actual gaps and the path starts there — even if "there" is a grade or two back in one strand. You can also request below-grade lessons and a gap-bridging plan via parent academic support.

What if my child is ahead?

Then the path moves ahead — above-grade lessons, challenge and HOTS worksheets, or a full Olympiad plan. More on competitive prep.

What does "mastered" actually mean?

A lesson is mastered when the child clears a timed Review test above threshold — AI off, tab-switches tracked, pauses limited. Fourteen days later a revision test confirms it stuck. Both scores are visible to you.

Pricing & accounts

What does it cost?

Launch pricing is $19/month or $199/year (≈$16.6/month) per student, with all three subjects and everything else included. See pricing.

Do you need my card for the trial?

Yes. The 7-day trial requires a card, and your selected plan renews automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel from the parent portal before then.

I have more than one child — how does that work?

One parent account holds all your students; each has their own login, paths and subscription. Switching between children is one dropdown.

Is human tutoring included?

No. COPRIMES is a self-learning digital platform. The subscription includes parent-facing academic support via chat for guidance on progress, reports, and learning paths. It does not include live tutoring, one-to-one classes, recorded human-led classes, therapy, or student-facing counselling.

Privacy & safety

How is my child's data handled?

Parents create and control all student accounts and credentials. Learning data is used to personalize the path and report to you — never sold.

Is there any chat between students?

No. Leaderboards show names and scores only; there's no messaging between students. The only chat in the system is the parent academic support chat.
