Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how COPRIMES collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes personal data.
COPRIMES is an educational website, application, learning platform, content library, subscription service, and related service operated by KAYNO WORLD EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India ("Kayno", "COPRIMES", "we", "us", or "our").
At launch, COPRIMES is offered primarily as a direct parent/guardian subscription service for K-10 learning. School, institution, live class, tutoring, marketplace, or other additional services may be introduced later and may be subject to additional terms, notices, and consent requirements.
COPRIMES serves users globally, including users in India, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, the Middle East, and other regions. Privacy laws vary by country. We aim to follow a practical high-standard approach based on data minimization, transparency, parent/guardian control, student safety, and responsible educational use.
Where a local law gives you stronger rights than this Privacy Policy, we will respect those rights to the extent they apply to COPRIMES and your use of the platform.
For privacy, child-data, deletion, security, billing, support, or grievance requests, contact us at support@coprimes.com.
1. Our Student Privacy Promise
COPRIMES is built for learning. We treat student data with extra care.
We do not sell student personal data. We do not use student personal data for targeted advertising. We do not ask students to create independent parent or billing accounts. Parents or guardians create and manage student access.
We ask parents and guardians to use display names, aliases, initials, or classroom identifiers wherever practical instead of full legal names.
Student learning activity may still be linked to a parent, guardian, or account holder. We therefore treat student learning data as protected personal data, even where a student profile uses an alias.
2. Who Creates Student Access
Children and minors may use COPRIMES only through an account created or managed by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult.
Students may receive login credentials created or managed by their parent or guardian. Students must not create independent parent, billing, or subscription accounts.
At launch, COPRIMES does not allow students to post content publicly, message other students, upload photos or videos, use voice uploads, or make profile content visible to other users.
If COPRIMES later offers school, teacher, learning-center, district, institution, live class, tutoring, or similar accounts, those services may require additional terms, data-processing agreements, consent flows, and privacy notices.
3. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the data reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, bill, personalize, and improve COPRIMES.
3.1 Adult Account Data
For parents, guardians, and other adult account holders, we may collect:
- name;
- email address;

3.2 Student Profile Data
For student profiles, we may collect:
- display name, alias, initials, or classroom identifier;
- age range, grade, class, curriculum, language, or subject preferences;
- parent, guardian, or account relationship;

- login credentials created or managed by the parent or guardian.
We do not require students to provide full legal names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, government IDs, personal photographs, voice recordings, video recordings, or similar direct identifiers for ordinary student profile use.
3.3 Learning Data
We may collect student learning activity, including:

- questions attempted;
- answers, scores, feedback, corrections, and progress;
- time spent on lessons or activities;
- notes, free-text answers, quiz responses, AI-learning interactions, or similar learning inputs;

Learning data may be linked to an account, parent, guardian, or student profile. We therefore treat it as protected personal data.
3.4 AI and Learning Interaction Data
If a student uses AI-assisted, adaptive, or interactive learning features, we may store learning prompts, responses, feedback, and related interaction logs.
These records may be used to provide the service, maintain safety, debug issues, improve learning quality, investigate misuse, respond to support requests, and review product performance. Limited authorized team members or contractors may review selected interactions where needed for safety, quality, support, abuse prevention, or troubleshooting.
COPRIMES does not sell identifiable student data to AI companies. COPRIMES does not use identifiable student personal data to train third-party general-purpose AI models.

6. Legal Bases and Consent
Depending on your location and the feature used, COPRIMES may process personal data based on:
- your consent or the consent/authorization of a parent, guardian, or authorized adult;
- performance of a contract with you;
- legitimate interests such as service improvement, security, fraud prevention, support, platform operation, and child safety;

- protection of vital interests, including child safety and emergency situations.
You may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing. Withdrawal may limit or end access to features that require that data.
For India, Kayno may act as a Data Fiduciary for direct parent/guardian accounts. For other regions, similar controller, processor, operator, business, or service-provider concepts may apply depending on local law.
7. Children and Student Privacy
For children and students, COPRIMES follows these principles:

For children in the United Kingdom, COPRIMES aims to use high privacy settings, data minimization, student-appropriate design, and child-safety-by-design principles.
8. AI, Adaptive Learning, and Automated Features
COPRIMES may use adaptive learning systems, algorithms, analytics, or AI-assisted features to recommend lessons, identify learning gaps, generate practice, improve explanations, detect abuse, or support users.
These features are intended to support learning. They do not make legal, financial, medical, employment, immigration, or other high-stakes decisions about students.
COPRIMES does not sell identifiable student data to third-party AI companies. COPRIMES does not use identifiable student personal data to train third-party general-purpose AI models.
Student AI-learning interactions may be stored for service delivery, safety, support, debugging, product quality, and abuse prevention. Selected interactions may be reviewed by authorized personnel where needed for safety, support, quality assurance, or troubleshooting.
We may use aggregated, de-identified, or pseudonymized data to improve the platform, curriculum quality, safety systems, product performance, and learning experience.

16. Data Breaches
If we become aware of a personal data breach that creates a risk to users, students, or account holders, we will investigate, take reasonable steps to reduce harm, and notify affected users, regulators, or other parties where required by applicable law.
