Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 22 June 2026
COPRIMES is operated by KAYNO WORLD EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India ("Kayno", "COPRIMES", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to COPRIMES, an educational website, application, learning platform, content library, subscription service, and related service.
By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a plan, accessing content, using the platform, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use COPRIMES.
At launch, COPRIMES is offered primarily as a direct parent/guardian subscription service for K-10 learning. School, institution, live class, tutoring, marketplace, or other additional services may be introduced later and may be subject to additional terms.
If you use COPRIMES for a child or student, you confirm that you are the child's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized adult, and that you have authority to accept these Terms for yourself and for that child or student.
For support, billing, privacy, child-safety, copyright, legal, or grievance matters, contact us at support@coprimes.com.
1. Who May Use COPRIMES
COPRIMES is designed for educational use, including K-10 learning. Children and minors may use COPRIMES only through an account created or managed by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult.
You may create or manage an account only if you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your country, whichever is higher.
Students must not create independent parent or billing accounts. Student access credentials may be created or managed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult through the parent account.
2. Parents, Guardians, and Authorized Adults
If you create or manage an account for a student, you are responsible for:
- confirming that you are the student's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized adult;
- supervising the student's use of COPRIMES in a way that is appropriate for the student's age and maturity;
- keeping account credentials secure;
- ensuring that student profile information is accurate, appropriate, and data-minimized;
- ensuring that your use of COPRIMES complies with laws and rules that apply to you, your student, and your location.
COPRIMES is currently designed for direct parent/guardian subscriptions. If COPRIMES later offers school, teacher, district, learning-center, or institutional accounts, those accounts may require additional agreements, approvals, data-processing terms, and consent requirements.
3. Student Profiles and Data-Minimized Use
COPRIMES is designed to reduce the amount of direct student identifying information needed to provide the service.
When creating or managing a student profile, use a display name, initials, alias, or classroom identifier instead of the student's full legal name wherever practical.
Do not submit a student's personal email address, phone number, home address, government ID, personal photograph, health information, sensitive family information, or other unnecessary personal information unless COPRIMES specifically asks for that information and explains why it is needed.
Student learning activity may still be linked to a parent, guardian, or account holder. We therefore treat student learning data as protected personal data, even where a student profile uses an alias.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account unless the activity results from our failure to use reasonable security measures. Keep passwords and login details confidential. Do not share accounts with unauthorized persons.
Parents and guardians are responsible for creating and managing student login credentials. Student credentials should be used only by the assigned student under appropriate adult supervision.
Tell us promptly at support@coprimes.com if you believe an account has been accessed without permission, credentials have been shared, or a student's safety or privacy may be at risk.
5. The COPRIMES Service
COPRIMES may provide educational videos, lessons, quizzes, practice questions, explanations, worksheets, assessments, progress tracking, adaptive learning tools, AI-assisted learning features, dashboards, parent reports, parent-facing academic support, and related services.
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, lessons, plans, prices, or content from time to time. We will try not to materially reduce paid features during a paid term unless the change is needed for security, legal compliance, product improvement, technical reasons, or business reasons.
We do not guarantee that COPRIMES will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every country.
6. Educational Disclaimer
COPRIMES is a supplementary educational platform. We aim to provide accurate, useful, age-appropriate learning experiences, but we do not guarantee any specific grade, exam score, school admission, scholarship, certification, academic result, or career outcome.
Curricula, learning expectations, cultural standards, school requirements, and exam requirements vary by country, state, school, board, institution, and family. You are responsible for deciding whether COPRIMES is suitable for your student, curriculum, and local requirements.
If you notice an error in our content, please report it to us. We may correct, update, remove, or replace content at any time.
7. Parent Academic Support and Future Additional Services
COPRIMES may provide parent-facing academic support through authorized team members or academic support counsellors. This support is intended to help parents and guardians understand progress reports, learning paths, platform use, and general academic planning.
Parent academic support is not live tutoring, one-to-one teaching, therapy, medical advice, psychological counselling, or student-facing counselling. Unless COPRIMES expressly states otherwise, academic support counsellors do not communicate directly with students.
COPRIMES may later offer live classes, tutoring, school tools, institutional accounts, or other additional services. Those services are not included in the standard parent subscription unless expressly stated and may be subject to separate terms, pricing, consent requirements, safety rules, and refund terms.
8. User Content
COPRIMES may allow users to submit answers, quiz responses, free-text responses, notes, support messages, feedback, AI chat prompts, or other content needed to use the service ("User Content").
At launch, students cannot post content publicly, message other students, upload photos or videos, or make profile content visible to other users.
You retain ownership of User Content that you own. You grant COPRIMES a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, process, transmit, reproduce, adapt, and use User Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, personalize, and improve COPRIMES, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, invasive of privacy, unsafe for children, or otherwise inappropriate for an educational environment.
9. COPRIMES Intellectual Property
COPRIMES, including its software, design, lessons, videos, exercises, graphics, text, explanations, curriculum structures, assessments, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by Kayno or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use COPRIMES for personal or family learning.
You must not copy, sell, publish, scrape, download, record, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or use COPRIMES content or software outside the platform except where we expressly permit it in writing or applicable law gives you that right.
10. Anti-Piracy and Platform Protection
You must not:
- record, download, copy, capture, redistribute, or sell COPRIMES lessons, videos, assessments, worksheets, explanations, or platform materials without permission;
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts, AI-training collectors, bulk-download tools, or similar tools to extract COPRIMES content or data;
- bypass paywalls, access controls, security tools, rate limits, or usage limits;
- share, sell, rent, or transfer login credentials;
- use COPRIMES content to build, train, or improve a competing product without written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You must use COPRIMES only for lawful, safe, educational, and age-appropriate purposes.
You must not use COPRIMES to harass, bully, threaten, shame, exploit, impersonate, defraud, discriminate, spam, hack, distribute malware, violate academic integrity rules, violate another person's rights, or expose students to unsafe or inappropriate content.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or contact appropriate authorities if we reasonably believe there is a legal, privacy, security, payment, child-safety, academic-integrity, or platform-integrity concern.
12. Plans, Trials, Payments, and Taxes
COPRIMES may offer free plans, paid plans, subscriptions, trials, one-time purchases, or other paid services.
Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes, currency, included features, trial terms, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout, in the applicable order form, or in the relevant purchase flow.
If you start a paid trial, you must provide a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged at the price, currency, tax, and billing interval shown at checkout.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize COPRIMES and its payment processors to charge the applicable payment method at the stated billing interval until you cancel.
Card payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. COPRIMES does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the subscription or billing page in your COPRIMES parent portal, through the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, or by contacting support@coprimes.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless a refund is approved or applicable law provides otherwise.
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of your transaction. Refund requests for purchases processed by Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
If your subscription includes a free trial, your payment method will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel before the end of the trial period. If you are charged after the trial and want a refund, you may request one within 14 days from the transaction date.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
To request help with cancellation or billing, contact support@coprimes.com and include your account email, order or invoice number if available, payment date, amount charged, and a clear description of the issue.
14. Third-Party Services
COPRIMES may use third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, email, authentication, customer support, AI-assisted features, error monitoring, security, and similar functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
COPRIMES is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Kayno.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete personal data. By using COPRIMES, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Because COPRIMES serves students, parents, guardians, and families globally, you agree not to submit unnecessary personal information about students and to help students use COPRIMES safely.
COPRIMES does not sell student personal data and does not use student personal data for targeted advertising. Identifiable student personal data is not used to train third-party general-purpose AI models.
16. Suspension and Termination
COPRIMES may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:
- you violated these Terms or another COPRIMES policy;
- payment is overdue, disputed, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent;
- account activity creates legal, safety, privacy, security, or operational risk;
- a parent, guardian, or authorized account holder asks us to remove access;
- we are required to do so by law or by a payment provider, app store, regulator, court, or other competent authority.
If COPRIMES terminates a paid account without cause before the end of a paid period, we will provide a reasonable refund or credit for the unused portion unless a different remedy is required by law.
17. Consumer Rights Preserved
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under consumer protection, privacy, child safety, education, unfair contract, or other mandatory laws that apply to you.
If local law gives you mandatory cancellation, refund, withdrawal, warranty, guarantee, privacy, or child-safety rights, those rights continue to apply.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, COPRIMES is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
COPRIMES may use AI-assisted or adaptive learning features. These features are intended to support learning and may sometimes produce incomplete, imperfect, or inaccurate outputs. Parents and guardians should supervise student use in a way that is appropriate for the student's age and maturity.
This disclaimer does not limit any warranty, guarantee, or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayno, COPRIMES, and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, lost academic opportunities, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to COPRIMES will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to COPRIMES or its payment provider for the relevant service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- INR 10,000 or the equivalent of USD 120 in local currency.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or other non-excludable rights under applicable law.
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Kayno and COPRIMES harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized student account creation, failure to obtain required consent, or misuse of student data.
This indemnity does not apply where the claim arises from our own breach of these Terms, negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us at support@coprimes.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Most billing, access, privacy, and service issues can be resolved faster this way.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any court or regulator that must legally have jurisdiction, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or COPRIMES.
The parties may mutually agree to resolve a dispute through mediation or arbitration in Bengaluru, India, in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A sole arbitrator must be neutral and appointed by mutual agreement or, if the parties cannot agree, through a competent court or recognized arbitral institution.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders, such as by email, account notice, checkout notice, or website notice.
The updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the notice or on this page. If you continue using COPRIMES after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using COPRIMES and may cancel your subscription.
23. Contact and Grievance Handling
For support, billing, privacy, child safety, copyright, legal notices, complaints, or grievance requests, contact us at support@coprimes.com.
Please include enough information for us to understand and verify the request, such as the account email, student profile display name if relevant, order number if relevant, and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge privacy, billing, and safety requests within a reasonable time, usually within 48 hours on business days. We aim to resolve verified requests within 15 business days where practical, unless the request is complex, legally restricted, requires third-party input, or requires more time for safety, verification, technical, or legal reasons.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting a consumer, privacy, data protection, child-safety, law-enforcement, or other competent authority where you have the right to do so.
