A parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on behalf of any minor using the Service where required.
Fees and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription processed through our payment partners. You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are presented at checkout and in your account settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAYNO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration
Except for small claims matters or claims that cannot be arbitrated as a matter of law, you and Kayno agree that disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class action. You waive any right to a jury trial where permitted.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kayno regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign this Agreement; you may not assign it without our consent.
