Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CoPrimes services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

Our educational programs and services are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during enrollment
• Attend scheduled classes or notify us of absences
• Respect instructors, staff, and other students
• Not disrupt the learning environment

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in programs requires payment of applicable fees. Payment terms:

• Fees are due at time of enrollment unless payment plan is arranged
• Refunds available within 14 days of first class with full refund minus processing fee
• No refunds after the 14-day period; credit toward future programs may be issued

Cancellations and Makeups

If we cancel a class, makeup sessions will be scheduled. Students who miss classes may access recorded sessions when available. Individual makeup sessions are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during programs, including worksheets, videos, and presentations, are the property of CoPrimes. Students may use materials for personal study but may not reproduce or distribute them.

Limitation of Liability

CoPrimes provides educational services to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or test scores. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
