Child Privacy & Safety
Last updated: 23 June 2026
COPRIMES is built for children, so children's privacy and safety get their own page. This summary complements our full Privacy Policy and reflects principles aligned with frameworks like COPPA and GDPR-K.
Our design goal is simple: an adult is always the gatekeeper, students share as little personal data as possible, and there is no public surface for a child to be reached, profiled, or advertised to.
1. Parents Create and Control Student Access
Children do not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian sets up and controls every student profile, including login credentials, curriculum settings, and whether the profile continues to exist. You can review your child's data and request deletion at any time from the parent portal.
2. Students Need No Personal Email or Phone
A student profile does not require a personal email address or phone number. We keep student personal data to a minimum — a first name or nickname and the curriculum settings you choose are enough to start learning.
3. No Public Posting, Uploads, or Messaging
Students cannot publicly post content, upload photos or videos, or message other students. There are no public student profiles; leaderboards show a first name and score only. This removes the most common ways children are exposed or contacted online.
4. We Do Not Sell Student Data
We never sell student data. The platform is funded by subscriptions, which keeps our incentives aligned with learning outcomes rather than with monetizing children's information.
5. No Targeted Advertising to Students
We do not use student data for targeted advertising and we do not serve behavioral ads to children inside the learning experience.
