This Refund Policy applies to purchases of COPRIMES subscriptions and related digital learning services made through our website or official checkout.
COPRIMES is operated by KAYNO WORLD EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of your transaction.
Because Paddle acts as merchant of record for COPRIMES, refund requests are also handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. If a transaction is not refunded, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will continue to have access until then.
You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of your transaction. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Free Trials
If your subscription includes a free trial, your payment method will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel before the end of the trial period. If you are charged after the trial and want a refund, you may request one within 14 days from the transaction date.
How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the subscription or billing page in your COPRIMES account where available, or contact support@coprimes.com.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. If applicable law gives you stronger refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights, those rights will apply.
Refund Processing
Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on banks, card networks, and Paddle.
